Once the delivery person leaves, no returns or complaints will be accepted.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please inform the delivery person right away and contact our customer support immediately with photo/video proof.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind after delivery.

ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো রকম রিটার্ন বা অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
আমরা গুণগতমান এবং গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকি। তবে আমাদের প্রোডাক্টের ধরন এবং ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতির কারণে, শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে সমস্যা শনাক্ত হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো রকম রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না।
যদি প্রোডাক্ট ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই আমাদের জানাতে হবে এবং সাথে সাথে ছবি বা ভিডিওসহ আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
শুধুমাত্র “মত পরিবর্তন” বা “ভাবনার পরিবর্তন” এর কারণে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রদান করা হবে না।
